Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Zephlo on your iPhone.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This removes the account-linked records stored by Zephlo, including your saves, uploaded media, active sharing links, app sessions, and any Threads connection data associated with the account.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@archie-design.app and ask us to delete your Zephlo account. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to the account. Do not send a password, Apple credential, Meta access token, or app secret.

Remove Meta access

You can also remove Zephlo from Meta’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing access stops future Threads API access. It does not, by itself, request deletion of your Zephlo account or existing saves; use one of the deletion methods above for that.

Limited records that may remain

If you claimed a referral reward, we may keep a one-way pseudonymous marker for up to 365 days to prevent the same new-user reward from being claimed again. We may also retain aggregated records that no longer identify an account. These records do not include your email address, saved content, or Threads connection token.
