How saving works
Share an Instagram, TikTok, Threads, or web link into Zephlo. The app fetches the post’s public caption — and, for reels, the video — reads it, and files the save as a restaurant or a recipe. Restaurants get an address and map location; recipes get their ingredients and steps. When the app isn’t confident about a save, it marks it uncertain instead of guessing.
Common questions
A save didn’t extract correctly
Extraction depends on the original post being public and readable. If a save comes out wrong or empty, the link itself is still kept, so you never lose it. You can edit any field by hand, and a failed extraction never costs a credit.
What is a credit?
A credit is used only when a save is successfully extracted. New users start with a one-time welcome allowance. You can buy a non-expiring credit pack, subscribe for unlimited saves, or watch an optional rewarded ad for bonus credits. Details are shown in the app before any purchase.
Managing a subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. To view, change, or cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the app’s settings, which removes your personal data from our systems. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and how long.
